A 70% DP is required to confirm your order and begin the production process. The remaining must be paid once the commission is completed and before the item is shipped.

Once materials have been purchased or production has started, no cancelation and refund allowed.

Changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges or extend the completion time. I'll inform you of any additional costs before making the changes.

Estimated completion times are based on the availability of the materials. I'll keep you informed if there are significant delays.

Shipping fees depends on where you live. I shipped from Central Jakarta using JNE and J&T.
